I’m in the market for a new office chair. The one I have won’t stay raised and slowly lowers itself throughout the day. It’s super annoying. I decided to search Amazon for “big & tall” office chairs. Here’s one of the product photos from my search results. Another one that’s equally as classy has a large man wearing a suit and way too short of a tie. He’s sporting a classic stock photo “Hmm” pose. You know. The kind of stock photo where you’d expect a speech bubble that says, “Hmm,” over the guy’s head, except this one literally says, “Office chair for fat people.”
Well, I guess there’s still some truth in advertising after all.
