πŸ”ͺπŸ’”πŸ’Ž Hackney Diamonds by the Rolling Stones

Checking out the new Rolling Stones album, Hackney Diamonds, this afternoon. First release of new material in 18 years. Keith Richards is like 80. And good ol' Mick, who fictional character Patsy Stone once called “a jumping scrotum with lips,” can’t be that far behind. But they sure sound great. Not overproduced, authentic rock and roll. Even heard a saxophone solo on one song, ha! Guest artists, apparently, include Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, and Lady Gaga. Apple Music calls it, β€œthe band’s most energetic, effortless, and tightest record since 1981’s Tattoo You.”
